Hello! สวัสดีค่ะ ! My name is Kenna Rosalie Howorth or Kanda Kongphetsuk (กานดา). I’m a 17-year-old from Chicago, Illinois.
I lived for a year in Kamphaengphet, Thailand on a full scholarship from the U.S. State Department’s Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study program. I promoted mutual understanding between Americans and significant Muslim populations by forming lasting relationships in my community. I lived with a host family and attended a local high school in order to acquire leadership skills, engage in activities to learn about the host country’s society and values, and help educate others about American society and values.
Since then, I have continued travelling and writing blogs as often as I can! I’m so excited to share my journeys with all of you. Thanks for reading!
